Our broth is the foundation of everything. Simmered slowly with charred onion, ginger, and a blend of spices, then finished with fresh rice noodles and your choice of beef or chicken. Served with a plate of herbs, lime, and hoisin.

Our baguettes are baked fresh daily — light, crispy on the outside, soft inside. Piled high with house-made pâté, cold cuts, pickled daikon and carrot, cilantro, and a touch of sriracha mayo.
